Here in Taiwan, it's quite common to see food stalls selling mixed vegetable rolls, but few of them can be as popular and successful as the one we are about to introduce to you. Located in Yonghe of New Taipei City, it once sold as many as 800 rolls in one single day. So what's so special about its recipe? Let's find out.

The owner is preparing for the spring rolls for the customers, when there are still many customers waiting in line.

This is the spring roll booth located in Yonghe of the New Taipei City. The owner's wife, Ms. Chen, adds some peanut powder on the freshly-cooked and steaming cabbage and bean sprouts, before putting a piece of pork and crispy egg on them, and wrapping them up.

When Ms. Chen is busy wrapping up the spring rolls, Mr. Chen is making the spring roll wrappers, smoothing out the batter to cook the white and thin wrappers.Mr. Chen and Ms. Chen were high school classmates, and had two kids after they got married many years ago.

However, Mr. Chen tried to sell pork in the market but business was not good enough to support the family.

So he turned to his brother-in-law, and learned to make spring rolls. The spring roll business didn't start well but he tried over and over again. Now his spring roll is becoming popular among consumers, with many new flavors such as tuna fish and salad.

He once has sold 800 spring rolls in a day. Mr. Chen and his wife said they are both content with the happiness they have now.
