FREE PASSES FOR CHILDREN ON THIER DAY
In celebrating the Children's Day, Taipei City government has prepared a great gift for those who are under the age of 12, by presenting them with free passes to enter various sites in the city, including Taipei Zoo, the Maokong Gondola, and Taipei Astronomical Museum.
Upon hearing this news, many people living in other parts of the island are also traveling to Taipei with their children to take advantage of this benefit.
Riding in this cable car is quite a lot of fun on Children's Day at the Maokung Gondola is free for those under the age of 12.
Many parents are holding their little darlings as the whole family is taking advantage of this opportunity to save some money and have a good time.
Mr. Huang lives in Taoyuan and early in the morning he came with his son to take the cable car.
They were able to get the first cable car and his son was so excited to take the cable car.
Next to the cable car is the Taipei Zoo, which was also offering free tickets to children as well as a special rice planting activity.
These children take off their shoes and step into the rice paddies.
Although there is a little light rain, they are still having a good time, and aside from the Taipei Zoo and the cable car,
some of the other participants in this promotion for children include the Taipei Astronomical Museum, the National Palace Museum, and the Water Park.
