But with the flow of talents across the Taiwan Strait, job seekers in Taiwan are going to compete with not just Mainland Chinese graduates but people from around the world.

In the top ten most popular programs, the deparment of hospitality and tourism has jumped to the fourth place. Hotel industry players believe it's a sign of bullish tourism market in Taiwan.

The survey also shows that companies pay attention to college students' learning attitude and whether they obtain professional licenses.

Job banks encourage college students to apply for various internship opportunities, enhance their foreign language proficiency and professionalism to get an edge in the job market.
