All of the ingredients are boiled together for a sweet taste.
It is very tasty in the winter, and now that many people don't like oily food, this sweet coconut chicken hot pot is very popular.
These guests take a few mouthfuls of soup and feel the light sweet taste.
After a few more sips, it is really proving to be quite sweet. The boss fears that many people don't like the taste of Chinese herbal medicines so he added this coconut flavor to give it a sweet taste like that of Southeast Asian cuisines.
