To promote the tourism in Penghu during the autumn and winter season, the military has opened its camp for the first time for military scenario battle games, which has lured more than 400 players to experience the excitement.

An explosion signals the start of this war game with more than four hundred people participating, creating a mighty spectacle.

This is the first time it has been played in a military camp as players feel it is very realistic.

Many are wearing a red arm band on behalf of the red army as they lie in the grass battling the blue team. Several platoons of the red army lead a raid and they encounter a hail of bullets from the blue army.

You can see these bb bullets as they are like real bullets as they fly out of the sky though they are not lethal.

It is quite fun to play this game at Penghu's military base and there is even support from a military vehicle.

All of these players gather for a group photo as the county government hopes this activity can help boost tourism in the winter months using this military type of marketing to promote Penghu.
