In the light of the typhoon, at least someone is having the time of his life. While many are completely troubled by the flood, a college student in Pingtung hops on his inflatable toy, a giant killer whale, and goes on a wet ride. Let's join him for some entertainment, here on CTS.

Typhoon Fanapi caused high-level of flooding in Pingtung, and blocked the traffic in the surrounding region.

As streets were flooded almost to knee level, it was impossible for motorcycle riders and pedestrians to get around.

A college student from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology decided to have some fun in the water, and came up the idea of riding his inflatable toy, a killer whale. Equipped with a helmet and raincoat, he rode on the giant killer whale and floated along the street, attracting great attention from onlookers.

Although the water surfing seemed very amusing, it is not recommended out of safety concerns. People are advised not to play in flooded areas because of the unpredictability of water current directions.
