Wheelchair Dancing Queen
Ho Hsin-ru had her legs amputated when she was 9 years old, after a serious car accident, making her depressed for the past 14 years.
She has now regained her passion in life after being introduced to the wheelchair dance. She has even published a book to share her story.
She can't help but dance to the music with all smiles.
This is Ho Hsin-ru, who loved Ballet since she was young.
But her legs were amputated due to a car accident when she was 9.
This had depressed her for 14 years until she regained her passion for dancing.
Since she started doing wheelchair dance, she becomes a constant winner in various competitions and has won the name of wheelchair dancing queen.
This made her realize the obstacles she faced were not her body but her mind.
So she decided to care less about how others would look at her and goes swimming while being comfrotable in her own skin.
Her positive attitude and courage is contagious and her kids see her as an idol.
Now the family perfom the dance with two wheelchairs and practice in the living room.
They perform as much as they can and share the inspiring stories to encourage more people to value and cherish lives.
