All for Love
An American couple is turning their lives around for a Taiwanese girl they adopted 7 years ago.
What exactly are they doing to make her feel like home?
Let's find out.
Maile, originally from Taiwan was adopted by this American family when she was only six months old.
At the age of seven now, she shares an unbreakable bond with her mother Heidi, who said that she knew that they were meant to be family from the first moment she saw her.
The Seattle-based couple has just recently decided to quit their jobs, leave their lives behind in the states, and relocate to a foreign soil in order to let their daughter understand her original heritage.
The family is now residing on the island, and although a bit shy, Maile seems to be adapting to the new environment quite well.
With her newly learned Chinese characters, and this little drawing of hers, it's evident that they're doing whatever it takes to provide Maile with happiness and to give her a sense of belonging, which in this case, it's more than obvious.
