An Inspirational Rider
She may be without legs, but Angelika Trabert from Germany, has rode passed her disabilities and to her triumph, claiming a name for herself in the international race. Here on CTS, let's take a look at the life of this inspirational individual who is now in Taiwan to share her story.
Last month, Angelika Trabert swept to victory in the Para Dressage Grade 1b Freestyle Championship.
This time, she is invited to come to Taiwan to perform her award-winning skills. Born in Germany, Angelika Trabert was born without legs. When she was six years old, she sat on a pony for the first time.
Thanks to a special horse saddle, she was able to explore many places in the world. Angelika believes that horses are the gift from God so she can dance on horseback. Ever since she was six, she has fallen in love with horseback riding.
Now she has become a world-class gold medalist and a coach.
This time, she is invited to join an international Para Dressage Competition in Taiwan and during the visit she is also going to share with people her extraordinary life.
