MARSHMALLOW TOAST
Follow our camera to the south of the island to see what the locals are chatting about. This Kaohsiung restaurant's new dessert has become the talk of town, with its toppings of marshmallows and fresh banana slices.
Thick toast baked golden brown is served with white sugar powder, and abundant chocolate cream.
The most tempting part of this thick toast is that it is paved with baked marshmallows, with fresh banana slices beneath them.
The two ingredients together create a sweet flavor.
The dessert is very popular among both male and female customers, with some even said that having the dessert makes them feel happy.
The dessert master must first scoops out center of the toast, and filled it with fresh banana slices, and then marshmallows.
Then bake the toast for three times until the marshmallows turn golden brown and the toast is thoroughly cooked.
Finally put some nuts onto the marshmallow toast, and pour some sugar powder onto the loaf cap.
It looks just like the Coffin Bread, one of the famous desserts in Tainan area.
