It's been 2 months since the devastation in Japan, and we are continuously seeing donations coming in to help the people in the worst hit areas. To give thanks to Taiwan for the great support, a Japanese individual is giving out his published work to Taiwan Railway Administration, a book that's composed of his personal collection of railway photographs. The album will be sold at every stop, with the proceeds going to victims in his homeland.

At sunset this picture is taken in Japan's Iwate Prefecture Yagi station.

It is prior to the 311 earthquake.

Later, we see all of the track flipped over, as debris is everywhere. This is the work of a Japanese railway fan, Ito Kazumi.

He is an elder fan of the railway and has photographed them throughout Southeast Asia.

Aside from Japan, Taiwan is a place where he has taken the most photos.

He enjoys Taiwan's railway culture and the human touch.

He says that the Japanese earthquake has led to donations from many circles and to express his gratitude,

he has donated his pictures as well as 1,000 books to a charitable sale with proceeds benefiting Japanese victims.

Some Japanese even want to take out an ad to thank Taiwan people for their generosity.

In just a few days, they have raised 600 million yen, which will be used in newspapers to thank the generosity of Taiwanese people.
