A promotional sales has kicked off in Taichung's Fengchia New Year's Market. To boost the holiday sales, businesses in the district have offered a chance to everyone who spends at least 3,000 NT dollars at the district to win a house which is worth 18 million NT dollars. So if you travel to Taichung, don't forget to try your luck at the shopping district.

This 47-ping, three-story house, which will be raffled off at the Fengchia New Year's Market, has an additional rooftop structure. It is 30 years old, but conveniently located in the Fengchia commercial district.

Due to its location, the house is valued at 18 million NT and can be rented out as a residence or used as a storefront. Raffle tickets will be distributed for every 3,000 NT spent at the market.

Market vendors are currently setting up shop and stocking their shelves with dried goods and fruit.

When the market opens on New Year's Day, consumers will be able to cash in on special deals, including 1 NT caviar and the chance to become a property owner.
