Wu Passes Down Iconic Bread Knife
The exceptional pastry chef, Wu Bao-chun, who made a name for himself both in Taiwan and abroad, is presenting his iconic bread knife to his apprentice, Chang Tai-chien, who has been training with him. Wu hopes to pass down the recognizable skills and the unconquerable spirit along with the knife, which was originally handed to him from his "sensei" from Japan.
This shop is full of customers with award-winning baker Wu Bao-chun, holding a small knife, and with this bread that has yet to be baked, he makes quick incisions.
In his hands, this knife works like a razor, and though it is small, it is Wu's favorite. Wu said that he immersed himself in the bread making to fulfill the expectations of his teacher. After winning the gold medal, he took this bread knife and passed it to his disciple, Chang Tai-chien.
