Hau Vs. Su
In garnering more votes, KMT's Taipei City mayoral candidate Hau Long-bin attended the Taipei Hakka Yimin Festival while his rival DPP's Su Jen-chang established his campaign headquarters for Nankang and Neihu Districts. While at it, Su criticized that Hau underestimated the development of the surrounding areas, saying that the recently built WenHu MRT, as a medium-capacity transit, is incapable of handling the growing number of passengers.
KMT's Taipei City mayoral candidate Hau Long-bin joined the Taipei Hakka Yimin festival parade with KMT city councilmen and legislators.
The event has Hakka descendents from 58 townships across Taiwan, who dressed up in all kinds of costumes. It was like a carnival.
Besides seeking support from Hakka voters, he didn't forget to promote the upcoming Taipei International Flora Exposition.
Meanwhile, DPP candidate Su Jen-chang announced the opening of his campaign headquarters in Neihu and Nankang this morning, where DPP city councilmen candidates were seen on the same stage to boost the party's momentum.
The office is right next to the Neihu MRT line.
Su criticized Hau for the mistake of building the system into a medium capacity one.
30 some days before the year-end election, the two have packed schedules on weekends as it's an election that both of them can't afford to lose.
