Taiwan Railway has organized a special "around the island" package, in celebrating this year's national holiday, and also, for the nation's 100th anniversary next year. 12 types of trains are used to take travelers on an exciting ride around Taiwan, and the tour will be available for the entire year.

Railway admirers have gathered together only for this very exciting moment with CK124 steamer train. They are all busy photographing this old-timer, which has been polished up with a golden Taiwan trademark and two little Taiwan flags at both sides.

Due to the Double Ten National Celebration, the Taiwan Railway offers a special package to travel around Taiwan for a whole year by taking 12 different train types. More unique is that they will visit the old train stations, which are hardly used and visited by people nowadays.

About 300 passengers came here with huge exhilaration, because the train they have taken is the first one of the Formosa Round Trips relay trains.

Other trains will join the relay one by one, such as the famous Kuan-Hwa Express, Tze-Chiang Limited Express, and also the sightseeing train Tai-Lu-Ge.

By holding this event, Taiwan Railway hopes to give their train fans a fascinating trip and a bag of unforgettable memories.
