The most visited place in Taipei City is the Taipei 101. The building itself and its shopping mall, which is consisted of high-end brands, have attracted endless travelers from around the world. Now, the desired spot is being criticized for not having enough nursing rooms for the mothers, and that the existing ones are not functional either.

Since more and more mothers stand for breast feeding and the government also has already tried to reach an implement for breast feeding policy, our Taipei 101 but falls short of having the correct amount of nursing rooms.

When you watch closer, the family restroom is combined with the nursing room and these two rooms share one main door. Whenever there is someone using the family restroom, the nursing room is also occupied and vice versa. Therefore, either

breast-feeding mothers must wait outside with their crying babies in the public or parents with children, who really urge to use the restroom.

Not to mention, that the rooms are only separated by one thin wall, which is obviously not odor-proof.

The Taipei 101 spokesman Liu, Jia-Hau said, they have built only two nursing rooms in the entire building because they thought about a low utility rate of this function room.
