Today we are taking you right to the Yulin night market to check out this famous food stall that leaves no chicken wings behind. The owner sells 1,500 of them per night, one for 10 NT dollars each.

The owner says the wings have to be covered with fermented soy bean paste mixed with salt, sugar and his own secret ingredients for over 8 hours so the flavoring could blend in.

The soy bean paste makes the wings sweet and juicy. Furthermore, the owner adds another layer of fragrance by adding ingredients made of Chinese herbs on top of the wings.

Believe it or not, each wing sells for 10 NT dollars only.

Thats why customers are willing to wait for hours just to get a bite.
