Special Egg Dumplings

It was the invention of a creative chef who used egg white and mixed it with starch to make a wrapper.

The delicious broth is made from a dozen materials including mushroom, pork, cabbage and shredded bamboo shoots.
The skin of the dumpling is collagen-rich and broth made from chicken broth is added.
