Exam Mix-up
In a recent exam on Chinese literature at a junior high school in Changhua, it was discovered that nearly 30% of test questions for first and second grade students are identical, which the school later admitted was the result of its negligence.
Though 7th grade students just finished their mid terms, they are still confused about the Mandarin tests with many even starting to fear the subject.
Taking a look at the tests, 30% of the test questions are the same between the 7th graders and the 8th graders, including the two reading comprehension articles are exactly the same, which is above the 7th grade level and took up 15 points.
In ChangHua citys Chang Tai junior high, its 7th grade biology test is the same as last years mid term.
The Chang Hua shenKang junior high which was responsible for coming up with the questions said that, HanLin publishing company is responsible and it directly copies the questions from 9th graders review materials, without cross proof reads, thus the mistake,
the ministry of Education said that it would not rule out the responsibility of the school principle.
