Eight years ago, Mr. Huang had won 22 million by playing lottery. Within two years, he had spent all the money on a wild lifestyle and was even trying to gamble for more money. At the end, he was living as a pauper again for six years. Now, the 55 year-old Mr. Huang is working as part-time street cleaner hired by the government.
