A former steakhouse in Taipei recently turned itself into a health conscious restaurant, offering vegetarian versions of pizza, spaghetti and even hamburgers, which often give the customers a pleasant surprise.

This is called "pillow pizza."

What lies in the white plate looks like a giant green onion pancake.

But when it's cut into half, you can see what's good inside.

This is the vegetarian version of America's classic hamburger.

The former steakhouse owner switched his business into a vegetarian restaurant in an effort to save and reduce carbon emissions.

However, the restaurant doesn't look like a vegetarian one, so does the taste.

And this is exactly one of its selling points.

You woulnd't possibly belive this dessert is made from blueberry, Chinese yam, lotus and tomato.

And the hamburger is served with burdock and cheese.

This restaurant featuring creative and light dishes has been so well received and if you want to get a taste, you will have to book at least one month ahead.
