With the two typhoons surrounding Taiwan,

the Kompasu and Lionrock typhoons, we're experiencing some heavy rain here across the island already. The Central Weather Bureau says that the weather condition will be unstable for the next few days.

People should be extra cautious when commuting and should try to stay away from mountainous and coastal areas. Also, make sure you got your rain gear ready to prevent being soaked.
