BREIVIK TRIAL: FACING SURVIVORS IN COURT
Anders Behring Breivik has admitted to killing 77 people in Norway including 69 teenagers. On Monday Breivik complained to an Oslo court that he hasn't been given the chance to explain why he did it.
Anders Behring Breivik: "I think that it is completely unacceptable that my ideological explanations are censured in their entirety."
Norway has restricted broadcasting all of Breivik's testimony fearing the court could be used a stage to promote his extreme anti-Muslim beliefs. [5]Thirty-three year old Breivik has said he was motivated to carry out the car bombing and shootings as a wake up call to Norway over its increasing diversity.
So far, Breivik has expressed no remorse over the deaths in court --- tearing up only once as images of him in a military uniform where shown to the court. Some have characterized Breivik as an 'extreme narcissist."
