The Gossip Girl star, Blake Lively, who just broke up with top actor Leornardo DiCaprio, was spotted visiting her new man Ryan Reynolds on the Boston set of his new film, R.I.P.D., on the day of his birthday. Blake surprised Ryan, who just turned 35, by attaching balloons to her Maltipoo, Penny. Blake was also seen entering and exiting Ryan's Boston residence over the weekend, followed by a night out with Ryan's friends, including actress Sandra Bullock. Ryan, who ended his marriage with Scarlett Johansson in December of 2010, met Blake while shooting the Green Lantern earlier this year.
