US President Barack Obama has promised the people, that there will be a "specific plan" next month to give the economy a boost. During his speech in Iowa, as part of his Midwest tour, the leader also said that, he'll be "putting forward the blueprint when the lawmakers return in September", emphasizing the goal to create jobs and to control the debt.
