PUTTING THEMSELVES IN THEIR SHOES
To educate about the painful rehabilitation process of burn victims, the students from Kaoshiung Medical University Hospital took on the challenge of wearing the compression garments. Here on CTS, let's take a look at how they are managing activities with the full attire.
Wearing these pressure garments restricts even the slightest movement as these medical students are experiencing some of the conditions that burn patients encounter.

They not only felt the physical pain of the recovery but also some of the hardship that this individual who suffered 65% burns on the body more than 6 years ago.
This experience even gave them insight into the mindset of those who need to go through a type of mental rehabilitation.
These Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital students also took part in activities such as bowling.
In fact, they even used their cumulative scores to raise money to be donated to a social welfare group to help burn victims.
