The Flora Expo is indeed rich in technical marvels. Aside from the amazing "green" pavilion, it also showcases the world's first electrical "amphibious vehicle" that will carry visitors through the Keelung river. Now, let's take a look at this cool new invention.

The secret weapon of the Taipei International Flora Expo is the locally developed amphibious electric vehicle that is cute to look at while functional.

Floating on water, the vehicle looks like a toy, however it is solely developed in Taiwan and is 100% environmentally friendly.

The cost of the vehicles is high. In addition to the driver, it can carry 8 passengers. There are 4 of such vehicles to transport people to DaChi area via Keelung river with each trip taking 30 minutes, that is only 64 people per hour.

The single journey ticket is priced at NT$350. Those interested can book the tickets online starting the 20th.
