"King of Pasta" Vincenzo Spinosi was recently invited to Taiwan to introduce to the Taiwanese publich his pasta products, which were a favorite of both the late Pope John Paul II and Luciano Pavarotti.

Spinosi says that he loves cooking as well as singing, and he believes that there is no better pasta than that made while the chef was singing.

The 60-year old likes to dance and sing while cooking, and each individual noodle seems to dance in the pot as he tosses the pasta.

Spinosi pours large amounts of white wine and olive oil into the pot, and reassures the spectators that the pasta will taste wonderful.

Three minutes later, the aromatic pasta is served. Spinosi's pasta products are all handmade, and can even be eaten raw.

Culinary enthusiasts were able to gain a new perspective into Italian pasta through Spinosi's expertise.
