Wood Smoked Pizza

This brick oven glows with wood on fire as the pizza has been baked quickly with a burst of aroma attracting nearby people.
They stop at this truck for fresh-baked pizza that includes ingredients such as brocoli, cheese, tomato and mushroom sauce.
The colors are an attractive red and green, stimulating one's appetite.
One can taste it on the spot as the cheese is stringy and chewy.
There is really nothing like this oven for producing wonderful chewy dough.
It also has a wonderful taste, and after trying it, this man says he really enjoys the thick, smoky aroma as the secret is the special flavor from the wood.
The owner takes out pieces of longan wood saying it penetrates the dough and gives it special flavor.
