Revisiting Williamsport
It's been 14 years since the last time a baseball team from Taiwan has won the Little League World Series. But the
Fu Hsing Elementary School of Kaohsiung City's little league team shows off the champion flag of the 2010 Little League Baseball Asia.
The school principal, who is the leader of the team, waves the national flag, showing the country's determination to return to the Little League World Series.
Since the team won the champion
The team members are so excited to be able to gain the ticket to the game, and have enhanced its training within one month before the trip abroad.
The players need to get used to the different venue and taller American athletes.
According to the coach, the players this time are smaller and do not have physical advantages.
But they move fast and have bigger fielding sides.
Therefore, they will focus on strategies in the games, hoping to put some stress on opponents.
The Little League World Series is to be held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on August 20th.
And these young players will depart on August 16th to get used to the environment.
