True Life Stories
Renowned nature writer and wildlife observer Liu Ka-shiang turns his lenses on humans in his latest book Fifteen Small Planets, in which he records the extraordinary life stories of ordinary people.
Phil came to Taiwan from New Zealand more than 10 years ago to search for his lost son.
While he was on Ali Mountain, he kept hearing Taiwanese singer Jiang Hueis song and fell in love with Taiwan along with many peoples help in his effort.
It is that kind of story which touched writer Liu Keh xian, who recently published a book that contained 15 stories of personal encounter during his observation of nature.
Liu has been writing for 30 years and he has turned his focus to human for the first time because his 17-year-old son once said that life is meaningless after taking the college entrance test.
All pictures in the book tells real story while all pictures were the most sincere drawings of Liu, including Jiang Po Ren who dedicate his time searching for Formosan cloud leopard.
Liu wants to tell everyone to think about failure and success as something that is the same from different perspective, while it is so important to notice the beauty in life during our lives.
