3 DAYS OF MOURNING FOR RIOT VICTIMS
Three days of mourning have been declared in Egypt for the 79 people who were killed on Wednesday night, following a football match in the country's northern city of Port Said.
The complete chaos, which also left one thousand people wounded, broke out between the fans at the stadium after local team Al-Masry beat Cairo's Al-Ahli club.
Many fans were reportedly trampled by panicked crowds, while some were attacked with rocks and chairs. 47 people have been arrested in relation to the violent clashes, which led to a protest among the people in Cairo on Thursday on how the police handled the riots.
