Earlier last week before the Christmas, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited a homeless charity called Centerpoint in London, a charity that was also supported by Will's mother, late Princess Diana when she was alive. 　　The duo took part in a range of activities, including a cookery class in which they made a seasonal mince pie, biscuits, and other foods with members in the charity. 　　Dressed casually, the royal couple teased each other as they helped add the mincemeat fillings to a tray filled with small discs of pastry. 　　When they joined a group decorating biscuits, Kate made a heart shape biscuit from icing and covered it with hundreds and thousands. Kate later gave the biscuit to Tasha Barbi, a user of the centre, who was celebrating her 18th birthday. 　　"I was actually decorating biscuits with my friends and they came along and we was telling them what we was doing and we asked her if she would like to make one and she made this one and she said it's my birthday cookie because I told her it was my birthday when she came along as well. And she asked me what plans I had and I told her I was going out to eat with my friends. And that's it really, but it was a really good experience overall and I enjoyed it," 　　The Duke also mingled with young people at the centre, even coming up with a new dance called the 'Swag Dance' as he chatted with the youngsters. 　　As one of late Princess Diana's favoured charities, "Centrepoint" provides housing and support to improve the lives of homeless young people aged 16 to 25. 　　Prince William, along with his brother Prince Harry, had visited the charity with their mother, late Princess Diana, who was a long-standing supporter of Centrepoint and became its patron in 1992. 　　Following in his mother's footsteps, Prince William also became the patron of Centrepoint in 2005.
