Hollywood A-lister Brad Pitt and his partner, Angelina Jolie were greeted by close to 400 fans as they walked on the red carpet at Tokyo's International Forum convention hall, to promote for Pitt's latest baseball flick, "Moneyball." During the press conference, the 47-year-old star didn't forget to give some supportive words for the Japanese people, with the nation still recovering from the March 11 disaster. 　　Brad Pitt: "We in the global community are greatly and painfully aware of the cataclysmic catastrophe from March 11 that you all have experienced and our hearts and thoughts are still with you who have been touched by this event." 　　When describing about his new baseball themed film, "Moneyball," Pitt said that the movie is more than just about sports and victory. 　　Brad Pitt: "I think at the heart of this really is a justice story, a story about underdogs, and most importantly a story of how we place our values, how we place worth on success and failure and is that a true accurate barometer." 　　As to whether he wants to be a baseball manager after his role in the film, where he plays Billy Beane, the manager of Major League Baseball's Oakland A's, Pitt said he's already one, at home. 　　Brad Pitt: "I'm general manager of my family... maybe that's representative of multiple talents, mass differences and formidable team." 　　The power couple and their globe-trotting brood, are now in Vietnam, where adopted son Pax was born. It marks the family's first time back to his homeland since he was adopted 4 years ago.
