MAN ARRESTED FOR PLOTTING U.S. ATTACK
Outside the home of a Massachusetts man police arrested and charged with plotting to attack the pentagon and U.S. capital building using a remote controlled aircraft filled with explosives. Twenty-six- year Rezwan Ferdaus also faces charges of helping al Qaeda carry out attacks on American soldiers abroad. According to the U.S. Attorney's office in Boston, the physics graduate student from Northeastern university Ferdaus planned to detonate the bombs using special cell phones. Fedaus, a U.S. citizen, reportedly delivered step-by-step instructions on how to carry out the attack to federal agents posing as al Qaeda members. U.S officials said the public was never in danger from the explosive devices, which were controlled by undercover FBI employees.
