Overnight, a 29-year-old man has become one of Britian's youngest grandparents after his 14-year-old daughter gave birth to a baby girl this month. 　　Shem Davies, 29, and his former girlfriend Kelly John, 30, became parents to their daughter, Tia, at the age of 15. It's probably a family tradition, because Tia became a mom too when she was still a teenager, while her boyfriend, Jordan Williams was 15 years old. The couple only dated for 18 months before they became parents. But the arrival of Gracie wasn't easy for Tia, who was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, seven weeks before her due date. Following doctors' suggestion, Tia delivered Gracie through Caesarean section, who is still being kept in an incubator in order to get her to a healthy weight. The whole family was thrilled with the arrival of their new family member. However, when Shem was entering the ward, the nurses demanded his identity because they thought Shem was too young to even be the father, let alone grandfather. 　　Shem said: "It is an absolute joy to see Gracie thriving. I'm incredibly proud of Tia. She'll be a brilliant mum. At first I wasn't overly pleased that she was pregnant but I soon got over than. Now it's all about being positive." 　　Still, Tia admitted that she wouldn't be very glad if Gracie becomes a mom at the age of 14.
