The numbers just keep going up, setting a new high for the Taipei International Flora Expo. More than 150,000 visitors have been recorded in a single day, which has exceeded the 5 million mark since the opening of the event. Additional staffs and services were provided to accommodate the large group, and some were even forced to return another time due to the heavy traffic flow.

On a sunny day, visitors packed the Taipei International Flora Expo to take pictures of beautiful flowers and take a stroll.

But the venue was packed by huge crowds and the number of visitors exceeded 150,000 in Sunday evening, setting a new high record.

The more than 100 wheelchairs available in the Yuanshan Park area were all borrowed out at 11 o'clock, which drew complaints from visitors.

The 6-meter wide mechanical flower installation would blossom to the music; it is an unprecedented visual and audio experience for guests.

To get the chance to see that, many people were waiting long hours in line to get an advance ticket. Some came even as early as 11 o'clock on Saturday evening.

Some family arrived at 5:30 early Sunday morning but can't get their hands on any of the 3,900 advance tickets.

The staffs at the expo were surprised to see the huge crowds and the organizer has to implement responding measures given the rising number of visitors.

Besides sending out extra cleaning staffs, the organizer also prepared more meals and shuttle buses.

To maintain a quality experience for all visitors, a flexible entrance control would be implemented when the visitor number reaches 120,000.

Therefore, the organizer urged the public to come back on another day.

If you want to avoid the huge crowds, the organizer suggests that you may come to the Expo on the off-peak hours on Tuesday and Wednesday.
