in fact, some soy sauce makers have already adjusted the prices upwards before Chinese new year period, which was not enough to reflect the international material price increasing trend.

For some, they have decided to absorb the cost and have their products remain at the current price in the fear of losing customers until they cant survive anymore, then they would consider raising prices.
