New Flavors in Beef Noodles
The Sixth Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival has begun, with past winners and new challengers contending for the top prize.
These noodles are quickly cut and dropped into the pot and quickly turned.
They are paired with a special beef soup recipe.
Finally chunks of beef are put in as this is the winner of the beef noodle competition last year.
Liu's sour cabbage hot pot restaurant from the northeast, hopes to retain this
which can also be eaten with dry curry,
and there is also braised beef noodle soup, and those that are paired with spicy hot pot broth.
For the same price one can enjoy these six tastes which is very cost-effective.
There is also healthy beef noodle, with imported pumpkin from Japan and beef short ribs.
It is much loved by the guests, whether steamed or stewed or braised.
The top three are selected as well as those entering a lucky draw have the chance to earn 100,000 NT$ in prizes as the beef noodle festival will allow connoisseurs to eat and have a lot of fun.
